Cummins – Power system – Paralleling Control
PowerComand Digital Master Control is a state–of–the–art, microprocessor–based paralleling system used with PowerCommand paralleling generator sets and switchgear in low– and medium–voltage applications.
This course provides an overview of power systems design and covers when and how a system level control fits in the power system. System-level control reliability will be explored while the instructor reviews paralleling and control strategies employed to eliminate potential single points of failure. This course also covers the elements for designing paralleling systems, automatic transfer switches, grounding, and protection.
